"We have used Shane for a lot of projects. He's done our Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, our entire main level with the kitchen and a bar included on that. Also, we went through him to paint the exterior of the house, replace the lighting out there, etc. So to say we are happy with him is probably an understatement. :) He is extremely meticulous, detailed, and doesn't accept anything half done. He holds his workers to very high standards, and if they aren't met, he has it corrected right away. He is dependable and I completely trust him, which is a huge thing to say for a contractor. All in all, 100% recommendation. Have someone that will do it right, make sure it's perfect, and be completely dependable to show up and do a great job."

"Shane Milone of Milone’s Home Medics completed our home renovation in 2019. Shane came highly recommended by a close friend. She got his name as a recommendation from another friend. Word of mouth is the best referral and having seen several projects successfully completed at our friend’s condo, we knew we wanted Shane to do our home renovation. Shane did not disappoint. His attention to detail surpassed our expectations. His knowledge and recommendations guided us through a challenging project. As is typical with renovations of an older home, we had a few unexpected situations to contend with. Through it, all Shane persevered, and we absolutely love the results. Our project involved the relocation of electrical, plumbing, water, wastewater, gas, and dryer exhaust. We were able to upgrade our electrical, eradicate polybutylene plumbing, and remove and repair an uneven, cracked floor slab. The resultant dining room, kitchen with island, family room, and master bathroom are exactly how we dreamed they would be. We would not hesitate to recommend Shane to anyone interested in undertaking a renovation and have already passed along his contact information to a few friends that have inquired after seeing our results. Absolutely a top-notch contractor!! From the moment we met Shane, he was 100% professional, friendly, and hard-working. Our condo renovation was a full gut/remodel, touching every aspect of construction, including moving some walls and removing suspended ceilings. As we were living out of the area during the renovation, Shane kept us updated with daily texts, pictures, and videos. We can’t say enough about the quality of his work and that of his crews, all experts at their craft. His attention to detail is second to none, and he was extremely helpful in working through all of the permit and inspection processes. Shane Milone recently completed a partial rebuild of our master bathroom. Shane & his partner Frank rebuilt the shower, installed my new vanity cabinet, the quartz countertop, mirror & lights. In addition, drywall was installed where needed, electrical updates, plumbing updates, painting & various other items. Shane is meticulous in everything he does & he demands that from his workers as well. Shane makes recommendations along the way because he cares.
